REINALDO SAAVEDRA
Reinaldo Saavedra Gómez holds a PhD in Education Sciences from Université Grenoble Alpes (France), specializing in Science Didactics. With extensive experience in teaching, research, and educational management, he has worked with leading institutions in Chile and Europe, integrating innovative pedagogies, digital learning technologies, and competency-based education.
His work at the French National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Automation (INRIA) focused on instructional design and MOOC development, enhancing digital learning strategies. At Université Savoie Mont Blanc, he supported faculty in implementing active learning methodologies and curriculum reforms to improve educational effectiveness.
At the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Reinaldo specialized in course evaluation, faculty training, and curriculum design. As Head of the Teaching and Training Team at EPFL’s Library, he led strategic initiatives in pedagogical innovation, aligning institutional objectives with international education standards.
